Martyn Proctor is an accomplished business leader and mentor with over 40 years of experience across consultancy, technology, and business transformation. Having held leadership roles in six organisations, Martyn has built and grown award-winning consultancies, overseen successful mergers and acquisitions, and introduced innovative business models to deliver value and drive success.

Martyn’s career highlights include founding and scaling Integrc, a leading SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance consultancy, which he expanded globally and sold to EY in a competitive acquisition. As an Executive Director at EY, he spearheaded disruptive innovation initiatives, embedding cutting-edge technologies like AI and robotics into client services, transforming operational outcomes, and delivering sustainable results.

In addition to his consultancy leadership, Martyn has been pivotal in creating and refining business propositions. Following his departure from EY, he began advising a range of organisations, from start-ups to established firms, helping to shape their go-to-market strategies, pricing, and operational focus. His support has led to tangible outcomes, such as revitalising struggling businesses, securing key contracts, and aligning propositions with market needs.

Martyn currently serves as Executive Chairman of a pioneering Software as a Service (SaaS) start-up, helping organisations navigate the complexities of AI safely and effectively. He is also a special advisor to Black Swan, where he leverages his expertise to refine its value proposition, ensuring the business delivers impactful solutions for managing high-risk environments.
